Parking Lot Improvement Project - Parking and Building Access

May 28, 2015 | by: First Free | 0 comments

Update: Work on our parking lot improvement project is scheduled to begin the first week in June! We’ll do our best to help you navigate the parking lot and building access during the project. We expect the actual improvements to take 3-5 days and then the new concrete will need an additional 7-10 days to cure.

What does this mean for you?

On the map below you’ll see the area of the parking lot marked in red that will be repaired. Access to this area will be closed. In addition, the main entrance to the parking lot off of Woodlawn and one of the entrances off of Homestead will be closed.

To access the parking lot:
--- You can turn off Woodlawn onto 17th St. and then right on Homestead. See map for the two parking lot entrances that will remain open off of Homestead.
--- You can turn off Woodlawn onto the access road between the Outpost and the church.
--- Look for the directional signs along Woodlawn and Homestead.

Note: The two open sections of the parking lot won’t connect during the project.

Front circle drive:
The circle drive will be open for dropping off and picking up, but will not provide access to the parking lot.

To access the building:
--- The South Gym and Courtyard entrances will be closed until the new concrete is poured and set.
--- Once the concrete is poured and set, foot traffic will be allowed to both entrances while the concrete cures.
--- Until the new concrete is poured and set, please use the entrance off the circle drive or the West Foyer entrance.
