Do I need to sign up?
Yes, we need to know if you're coming so we can prepare enough food. You can sign up online or call the church office. You can sign up for the entire semester or individual meals. The deadline to sign up for individual meals is the Monday prior. If signing up for individual meals, you'll also have the opportunity to sign up for the next meal you'll attend at each dinner.
Can I still sign up for the whole semester if I know I'll miss a meal?
Yes, just let us know if you sign up for the semester, but know you won't be at one of the meals. You can email Dean Maxwell or call the church office to let us know.
How much do the meals cost?
There is a suggested donation of $3 per person or $10 per family for each meal. Donations will be collected at the meals. If you sign up for the semester you'll be sent an online donation form to pay ahead for the entire semester, or you can pay at each meal.
What time is dinner?
Dinner will be served in the gym from 5:45 to 6:30 pm. Awana, Choir, and Student Ministries begin at 6:45 pm.
Are there meals every Wednesday?
September 5 through May 8, we'll serve dinner every Wednesday there are evening activities at the church. Please check the church calendar for breaks during the holidays.
Do I need to be involved in a Wednesday evening activity to come?
No, everyone is welcome to come if you sign up ahead of time.
Can I help prepare the meals?
Yes! If you’re interested in helping prepare some of these meals, please contact Kathy Bowles—menus, recipes, and ingredients would be provided.
Can I find out what's being served ahead of time?
We have a provisional plan for the year that you can view here. However, menus are subject to change.
